Matthew Bellamy, Man Who Wore LeBron Jersey to Indians Game, in Serious Condition After Attack

Matthew Bellamy, the Cleveland-area 30-year-old who gained nationwide attention after wearing a LeBron jersey to an Indians game just days after "The Decision," is in serious condition at St. Vincent's Medical Center in Toledo after being attacked earlier this week.

According to the Sandusky Register, Bellamy was with friends around 3 a.m. on Monday after leaving a bar. The group had stopped to drop someone off at their house when a car pulled up behind them. 23-year-old Robert Horton allegedly exited that vehicle and went after Bellamy.

Witnesses told police Horton hit him three times, with Bellamy's head striking the concrete on the fall and subsequently after two more blows.

A warrant has been issued for Holton's arrest.

In all sincerity, thoughts and prayers in Matthew Bellamy's direction.
