A plumber testified this morning that he worked at least five times on Jimmy Dimora's Independence home, including installing a macerating toilet in the former Cuyahoga County commissioner's backyard lavatory at the request of plumbers' union official Robert Rybak.

"Originally, I ordered a standard toilet and Mr. Rybak thought it needed to be an elongated bowl," said Sean Greller, former training director of Plumber's Local 55.
