What to Do Tonight: Jimmy Webb




Jimmy Webb has written some of the most ambitious, and kinda weird, pop songs of the late '60s: "By the Time I Get to Phoenix," "MacArthur Park," and, best of all, "Wichita Lineman."

The Oklahoma native released one of his best solo albums, Just Across the River, last year.

He comes to the Tangier on Friday. Showtime is 8:30 p.m. Tickets are $40. —Michael Gallucci
