If it's an angry pizza delivery driver straight-up rupturing a customer's spleen, then it's gotta be Garfield Heights, as the old adage goes.

And that's precisely what happened when one customer found an East Coast Pizza driver to be a bit too rude during delivery. The driver had also first stopped at another house altogether, prompting the customer to drive up to the Turney Road pizza shop and file an official complaint with the manager.

As 19 Actions News puts it, the driver apparently overheard everything. And then everything got very, very real.

The driver allegedly viciously attacked the customer in the parking lot, rupturing his spleen and breaking a couple of the guy's ribs.
