Cleveland Beer Week is almost here and we're relishing the impending buzz. Truly, there's so much cool stuff about to go down in this city; the schedule is dizzying.

We stopped by Cleveland Brew Shop last week to talk shop with owner Paul Benner. He also walked us through the gist of home-brewing, which isn't nearly as difficult and unwieldy as the uninitiated might imagine.

"Well, a lot of beginners come in here and they're like, 'I want to brew beer, but I have no idea how to do it,'" Benner explains. Simple enough.

Check out a quick slideshow below, but don't take our word for it! Go try your hand at the most efficient form of alchemy known to man. GO MAKE BEER!
