Cedar Point will soon unleash a couple of new tricks: two new rides will be added in 2014, because you can never get enough Cedar Point.
The first addition takes the form of a new family attraction called Pipe Scream, a thrill ride that rocks the rider back and forth over a track some 40 feet above ground. The second new attraction is a ride called the Lake Erie Eagles. Here, passengers sit in eagle-shaped seats as they control how fast and how high into the air they want to fly. We suppose there is a limit to the "how high" question, but for the meantime, we'll just be excited the best amusement park in the country is adding rides.
Other updates to look for? Fan favorite Frog Hopper will be renamed Woodstock's Airmail and the Jr. Gemini will now be known as Wilderness Run.
