In this week's awful news, we have a troubling story of a Canton pizza delivery driver who was kidnapped, robbed, and raped as she made her delivery rounds on Monday evening.

Reports say a female pizza delivery person was robbed at gunpoint by two men, then placed in the trunk of her delivery vehicle and driven around by the suspects.

The vehicle then stopped near a wooded area, where the victim was raped and abandoned.

Police have arrested two people in connection with the heinous crime: 20-year-old Jeremy Joseph and a 16-year-old minor.

Both suspects are charged with aggravated robbery, kidnapping and rape.
