Michael Symon Honored in South Beach for B Spot Burgers

It's official: Chef Michael Symon's B Spot burgers took home first prize at the South Beach Wine and Food Festival Burger Bash on Friday night, making the chef a four-time consecutive winner.  

"4 times !!!! burger bash 2014 best in america..whoop whoop!!" he tweeted out on Friday.



Symon beat out some 30 other burger contestants hailing from all around the U.S. One of his secret ingredients in this year's winning batch: Castello USA Creamy Harvati — yum.

The $5000 prize he was awarded will be donated to charities of his choice.
