Singer-songwriter Elvis Costello hasn't played Cleveland in years. But the singer-songwriter has just announced ten new "solo" dates. The short tour starts on June 9 in Toronto and then swings through Cleveland on June 16, where Costello is slated to play the Palace. According to the official press release, Costello plays about a month of solo shows in the States each year, and "they are some of the most adventurous and lauded performances of his career." Tickets go on sale on Friday.
