Last week, we reported on a cruel Ice Bucket Challenge "prank" by a handful of Bay Village punks who dumped a combo of urine and feces onto a 15-year-old autistic boy, and posted footage from the victim's cell phone to Instagram.

This week, it has come out that funnyman and northeast Ohio native Drew Carey has offered to donate $10,000 to Bay Village police if they want to start a reward fund to find the perps.

No word yet from the Bay Village PD on whether or not a fund will be started.

Update: The family of the victim has also started an online fund. You can view that here.
