A recently uploaded Youtube video shows a Greater Cleveland RTA bus driver making a left turn at a red light and then driving on the wrong side of the road before blocking both of the right lanes while she picks up another passenger.

It is unclear when it was filmed: The video is grainy, but the weather conditions do match up with this weekend. There are no identical videos posted earlier.

The video is filmed by a guy on a bike (we're hoping the camera was mounted somewhere instead of him holding it while he's riding) who's rightly concerned as he sees the bus illegally turn, driving under the bridge in the wrong direction.

The biker confronts the driver as she opens to doors, spread across two lanes, to let a passenger in. Take a look:
