Pre-Disciplinary Hearing Set for Officers Involved in Tanisha Anderson's Death

Just a shade beyond the 90-day window for internal use-of-force investigations, the city's Public Safety Department announced that pre-disciplinary hearings will be held for the two officers involved in the death of Tanisha Anderson.

From Director Michael McGrath:
To ensure that due process is applied, the City will not comment on the matter at this time. Pre-disciplinary hearings are administrative in nature and not open to the public or the media.
Note that the hearing does not signify nor equate to criminal charges.
