Trailer: "Destroy Cleveland," a Documentary on the City's Hardcore Music Scene

Music News

As Exclaim.Ca notes, "Destroy Cleveland" will feature interviews from Integrity, 9 Shocks Terror, H 100s, One Life Crew, and many, many others. We get our first taste of the doc today, which still doesn't have an official release date, in a two-minute trailer filled with just about the brand of stuff you'd expect from a documentary on Cleveland's hardcore scene.

As explained in a statement, director Matt Greenfield's film presents a timeline between 1986 and the present. It's also noted that the Clevo hardcore scene "was notorious for its violence and mayhem." As such, the teaser is full of painful-looking mosh pit moments, footage of fireworks being thrown into the crowd, an outdoor confrontation with cops and more.

Enough with the words. Let's just get to the video.
