It's Official: Delonte West to Make Glorious Comeback with D-League's Texas Legends

The rumors had been swirling for a few days: former Cavaliers guard Delonte West, he of the bipolarism and the heartfelt interview, would attempt to make a return to basketball via the NBA D-league.

"Hearing that Delonte West is nearing a return to the NBA d-league with the Texas Legends," ESPN's Mark Stein tweeted Wednesday

Thursday morning, the suburban Dallas-based squad made it official: Delonte West, they proclaimed, is back.

West is expected to be in uniform for Thursday night's game against the Delaware 87ers. He will wear number 31. (In the above image, he's wearing #13, but it's already taken on the current roster by former NBA guard Mike James).
