Backstage Pass: An Interview with the Verve Pipe's Brian Vander Ark

The Verve Pipe recently rolled through town to play the Music Box Supper Club as part of the club's '90s night, a special show held in conjunction with the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Museum Inductions. Vander Ark and the crew are touring in support of Overboard, a moody collection of mid-tempo alt-rock tunes that represents a departure from the cheerful kids' tunes the band has recently been playing at kid-friendly concerts. Vander Ark spoke about the new album during this brief backstage interview.
