Construction Begins on Cleveland's First Tiny House

  • Emanuel Wallace

Citizens Bank, the Detroit Shoreway Community Development Organization and city councilman Matt Zone have teamed up to embrace a national movement today in Detroit Shoreway’s EcoVillage: tiny houses.

That's right, the three have partnered to create Cleveland's first Tiny House, a 600 square foot home complete with two bedrooms and a kitchen to promote the utilization of small space.

Live construction kicks off today at 10:30 a.m. on West 58th Street and Pear Avenue. If you're in the area, stop by to check it out.
