On this episode, Brandi McElhatten and Nikki Delamotte welcome the three organizers of the recently announced Midwest Craft Con for a special video hangout.

The Midwest Craft Con is a retreat for crafters and creative business owners being held in Columbus on February 19 - 21, 2016. As the handmade world no doubt gains momentum, the conference plans to help makers navigate the economics of running their own operation. Throughout the weekend, experts will lead lectures, panel discussions and lead hands-on workshops.

Our hangout brings together Brit Charek of Cleveland/Akron's Crafty Mart, Megan Green of Columbus' Craftin' Outlaws and Grace Dobush of Cincinnati's Crafty Supermarket and author of the Crafty Superstar Ultimate Craft Business Guide.

The organizers talk the state of the craft world, the exciting ways the craft and tech world are colliding, diversifying the scene and what you can expect at the Midwest Craft Con.

As always, follow along with Two Girls With Glasses on Facebook.
