The Berea prosecutor announced today that he will not press charges against suspended Browns offensive line coach Andrew Moeller for incidents involving his fiancee earlier this month.

The case had been waiting for an official ruling from the city. That comes today with a two-page ruling that includes the prosecutor writing, "It is quite clear an incident of volatile nature took place... what is less clear is the actions of the two persons involved." And that, "It is clear to me the consumption of alcohol contributed significantly to the incident."

Nevertheless, because of the different versions of events presented by Moeller and his fiancee, and because there's really no evidence, no charges will be filed.

Below is one snippet where the victim describes their day at Oktoberfest and a road rage incident leaving the venue.
