A quarter of a million beers, 100,000 sausages and a bunch of drunken nights that nobody remembers mark one year since the opening of Hofbräuhaus Cleveland. On Thursday, Oct. 22, the German microbrewery/beer hall officially turns 1 and, of course, there's a feier (celebration).
Hofbräuhaus will ring in its anniversary beginning at 5 p.m. in true German fashion, offering half-price steins and food including roasted pig and chicken. There will also be music by Cleveland polka artist Mike Wojtila.
So, grab your lederhosen and dirndls and prepare for two days of back to back drinking, with GLBC Christmas Ale First Pour on Wednesday.
