, the exclusive nightclub with bottle service and a dress code, will add a lounge-exclusive menu beginning in December, according to Meg Duniec, vice president of marketing for Geis Hospitality Group.
Since opening at The 9 in 2014, Vault has been more focused on the liquid side of the business than the solid. Up to this point, food strictly was a catered affair, arranged on a case-by-case basis for events and parties. But now rechristened as a “gastro-lounge,” Vault will have its very own menu designed and executed by chef Nelly Buleje.
“We recognized the need and that we have the capability to serve more food at Vault than we do currently,” Duniec explains. "We’ve been paying attention to what our guests have been asking for.”
Described as bar bites, with sharable items like housemade charcuterie and plenty of small plates, the menu will launch right after Thanksgiving.
