Guitar Shredder Joe Satriani Bringing 'Surfing to Shockwave' Tour to Hard Rock Life

Guitar shredder extraordinaire Joe Satriani has announced that he’ll launch his special “Surfing to Shockwave” 2016 tour on February 25 in Seattle. Designed to celebrate “30 Years of Mind-Bending Guitar Daredevilry,” a phrase coined in a June 2014 Rolling Stone feature, the tour includes a stop at Hard Rock Live on April 10.

The concerts will include music from Satriani’s first solo album, Not of this Earth, through his latest release, Shockwave Supernova. Tickets go on sale at 10 a.m. tomorrow at the Rocksino box office,, and all Ticketmaster outlets.
