It's not so much the how but the why when it comes down to a Cleveland teenager's epic reasons for getting banned from his recreation soccer league.

After getting fed up with his bad behavior and antics on the field, Brian Garruto received a very detailed list of all that exactly entailed. His unsportsmanlike behavior includes eating a banana on field, hiding the ball in his shirt, pretending to give birth to the ball, making a phone call mid-game, really, really hating shin guards and more.

Yes, more.

In fact it probably would have been more effective for the email to reference the only week he went antic-free.

Take a look for yourself, he tweeted out the email to delight from the internet.

But wait, there's more:

Brian was very appreciative of him time spent in the league, tweeting out this message along with the screen grabs:

I'd like to thank all the loyal fans of the Cleveland Steamers co ed team for supporting me during my season.
