Playhouse Square’s Huron Square Deli Closes

With the recent closing of Huron Square Deli (1150 Huron Rd. E.), Cleveland has lost another of its old school breakfast and lunch diners. Hidden in plain sight, the small but popular diner with counter service closed its doors on February 26th after 12 years in business.

The greasy spoon-style diner served up affordable breakfasts like bacon and eggs with hash browns and toast and omelets, and lunches built around grilled cheese, corned beef and burgers with crinkle-cut fries.

It will be missed.
