[image-1]A fire hydrant, damaged tree lawns, underwear and a child's snowsuit are all part of this drunken driving incident in Fairview Park.

Brad J. Flynn, 41, is facing criminal charges after police say he was driving drunk near West 226th street and Lorain Avenue at 11:30 p.m. on March 22. Flynn is accused of driving over six lawns and hitting a fire hydrant in the process, which are things he told police he doesn't recollect doing.

During his arrest, police noted he was only wearing underwear and a child's snowsuit on one leg. Wine bottles were found throughout the SUV he was driving as well, and one of the wheels of the vehicle was not exactly a functioning wheel any longer. His blood alcohol level was .117, north by a longshot of the state limit of .08.

Police say the snowsuit in question belongs to Flynn's 9-year-old daughter, who was not in the vehicle at the time of the incident.

Flynn is scheduled to appear in court on April 6.
