Via Peggy Gallek at the East Cleveland city building, where every penny is literally and desperately needed and no threat, no matter how unfounded, is beyond uttering:

Not to be outdone, an East Cleveland judge has barred the public from the courtroom today. Two East Cleveland police officers were fired and are under investigation for excessive force after allegedly taking a man to a park and beating him.
