The Skating Rink at Public Square Opens This Week

The Cleveland Foundation is celebrating the grand opening of the ice rink on Public Square with free skating on November 26.

The rink officially opens this Friday.



Tickets to next week's free skate (8 a.m. to 11 p.m., 11/26/16) will be available on a first come, first serve basis on that day at the admission and skate rental kiosk near the Soldiers' and Sailors' Monument. The free skate includes a free rental and 45 minutes of skating time.

The Cleveland Foundation Skating Rink will be open through February 28 for $10 (skates included) or $7 (bringing your skates). There are also Holiday Friends and Family 10-packs for $75.



Hours of operation are as follows:

Monday - Thursday: 11 a.m. - 9 p.m.
Friday: 11 a.m. - 10 p.m.
Saturday: 10 a.m. - 10 p.m.
Sunday: 12 p.m. - 8 p.m.
