Cleveland resident Tshaka Mustaquim repeatedly stomped on a 50-year-old man's head Thursday at a Cleveland gas station on Superior Avenue.

The man was found unconscious and suffered facial injuries and bleeding in his brain, after Mustaquim punched him in the back of the head and proceeded to stomp on him about 17 times. At this time, the motive is unknown.

The victim has not regained consciousness as of yet.

Mustaquim, 38, was arrested the following day when police found him back at the same gas station rapping and sitting on an ice cream cooler. He is charged with felonious assault, his third felony charge in Cleveland.

Previously, he was charged with sexually molesting an unconscious woman and attempted robbery of a 10-year-old boy.
