Cleveland Inkubator, the largest literary festival in Northeast Ohio, returns to Cleveland for the third time today through Saturday.

This free event strives to unite readers and writers in the Cleveland area. And this year's Inkubator, located at Cleveland Public Library's main branch, is the largest yet, featuring a book swap, an open mic night and workshops hosted by different authors.

For those not looking to become the next Hemingway, have no fear. This five-day event offers workshops across the board, ranging from The Craft of Comics to Public Speaking: The Art of Audience-Author Synergy.

Inkubator is hosted by Literary Cleveland, a nonprofit organization that represents passionate writers and readers in Northeast Ohio.

"I think everyone is getting on board with the fact that Cleveland needs a better writer's scene," Literary Cleveland member Dairian Heard told News 5 Cleveland.

In addition to organizing this event, Literary Cleveland hosts regular workshops on writing, from mastering the haiku to writing the perfect sex scene.
