Update: Beviamo is now slinging its beverages and expanded food options in its new, larger location on Professor Ave. in Tremont.

(Original story 9/5/17): Since its opening last year, customers who stepped into Beviamo Cafe on Literary Avenue found a lively but cramped coffee shop struggling to make use of its limited space. Soon, customers will be able to enjoy Beviamo's coffee and snacks in a larger venue.

Beviamo’s new location will be at 2275 Professor Avenue, across from the new Crust Pizza Kitchen. The most exciting thing about the change in location, says co-owner Francesca Catanese, will be the increase in size. The Professor location will be four times the size of the original — five, if you count the outdoor patio. Beviamo will expand its food options as well, though the focus will remain on small-bite vegan and vegetarian options.

Catanese, who owns Beviamo with boyfriend Danny Rizk, says progress is well underway at the new location and that they hope to re-open in six to eight weeks.
