TMZ and other sources are reporting that Khloe Kardashian is pregnant with Tristan Thompson's baby.

The "Keeping up with the Kardashians" star joins sisters Kim — a surrogate is carrying her child — and Kylie in pregnancy. Khloe is said to be about three months pregnant and does not yet know the sex of the child.

Khloe and Tristan began dating publicly roughly one year ago. And they remain as lovey-dovey as ever. Khloe has long made comments about wanting to start a family. In February, she said she enjoyed coming to Cleveland for Cavaliers games in part because of the quote unquote "domestic life" it afforded her. In June, Tristan reportedly said he wanted to have "five or six" kids with Khloe immediately.

"And that's lovely," Khloe said at the time. "We could start at one and we could grow from there. But now knowing I'm not on birth control is just like — it's scary. It's like a really big step."

This will be Tristan's second child. He has a son, born last December, with ex-girlfriend Jordan Craig.

That's in keeping with Tristan's on-court philosophy: See baby. Get baby.
