While the city of Cleveland and the dozens of groups and individuals who were part of crafting the bid for Amazon's HQ2 have been steadfastly silent about the details of the proposal (you can read what little there is to be gleaned here
, and bask in some of the bullshit abuse of public records here
), we assumed that part and parcel of such a bid would be a splashy PR-laden video showcasing all that Cleveland has to offer to Amazon. Surely, if nothing at all, that would have both been produced and been widely disseminated, since it doubles as a feel-good moment for residents.
