Touring behind her brand new album Reputation, Taylor Swift hits FirstEnergy Stadium July 17. But as with most things the singer does (you can't stream her full record at this point), there's a stipulation for getting tickets.

In an attempt to beat scalpers at their own game (so Swift's camp claims), folks must sign up for Ticketmaster Verified Fan service, which essentially places them in line for up to four tickets in their chosen city.

There are ways to up your placement in the virtual line, of course, by purchasing Swift merch, her website explains. Fans can sign up for the service starting today and try to better their standings through Nov. 28.

Despite the precautions taking by the Swift team, expect these summer concert tickets, which go on sale Dec. 13, to still sell out in minutes.
