Channing Frye Just Got Traded (along with Isaiah Thomas and everybody else). Here He is Saying Goodbye to Cavs Fans

The Cleveland Cavaliers have agreed to send Isaiah Thomas, Channing Frye and their 2018 first-round pick — their own, not Brooklyn's — to the Los Angeles Lakers for guard Jordan Clarkson and forward Larry Nance Jr.

(This was the first of two marquee trades hours before the NBA's trade deadline. Shortly after the above, the Cavs sent Derrick Rose and Jae Crowder to the Utah Jazz and Iman Shumpert to the Sacramento Kings. In return, they received Rodney Hood from Utah and George Hill from Sacramento.)

ESPN is now reporting that Dwyane Wade has been traded to the Miami Heat, per Wade's wishes, for a protected second round pick.

Anyway, Channing Frye was a consummate pro and an enduring light in the locker room darkness. He posted the above video to Instagram to bid Cleveland fans farewell and to say hello to Los Angeles.
