Proceeds from LeBron's 'Equality' Kicks Will Go to African-American Museum, but There are Only 400 Pairs

Proceeds from the LeBron 15 "Equality" edition will go to the Smithsonian National Museum of African-American History, LeBron James announced in an Instagram post yesterday.

"Basketball is our vehicle, but equality is our mission," the Cavs star wrote, in a corrective to the 'shut up and dribble' position advanced by Fox News' Laura Ingraham earlier this month. "Stand for something positive and do what you can to make a difference."

The catch is, this is an extremely limited release, with only 400 pairs available (200 black and 200 white).

Via, the "Equality" LeBron 15s will only be available through an online drawing. You can enter with unlimited $10 per-entry donations or can enter once per shoe size for free.

"Winners will be randomly selected for either a Black or a White pair and are encouraged to find a winner of the alternate color to trade with in order to make a mismatched pair just like LeBron."

You can enter the lottery, which will run through March 2nd, here.
