Actor John Cusack — brother of Joan, holder of boomboxes and potentially your mom's bigscreen crush — is headed to the Akron Civic Theatre for a screening of his 2000 dramatic rom-com High Fidelity next year.
In the film, which plays on Feb. 16 at 7:30 p.m., a freshly-dumped clueless Chicago music store owner (Cusack) attempts to find out where he went wrong with love by tracking down his old girlfriends. Aided by his music snob employees (including Jack Black is at his finest here), our hero learns much along the way about himself and the female heart.
Making this movie screening extra special, the actor himself is set to take questions from the audience regarding the film and his decades-spanning career.
Tickets go on sale this Friday at 10 a.m. Note that $150 VIP tickets are available for those interested in meeting and getting a photo with Cusack.
