Merwin's has a great view to accompany the great all-you-can-eat brunch. They're offering two carving stations, and breakfast fare that transitions into lunch fare as the day goes on. The Ritz Carlton, as they are wont to do, is offering a very fancy take on the holiday. Adults are $65 and kids under ten are $24. Serving up Easter classics with a German twist, Hofbrauhaus's menu includes ‘Haus Cold-Cured Salmon Gravlax, Baby Pork Shanks with Dunkel sauce, and more. The 100th Bomber Group hosts an Easter Champagne Brunch, complete with bottomless mimosas starting at 11 a.m. Plus, the Easter Bunny is set to make an appearance so your children get a treat too.
