When It Comes to Easter Candy, Ohio Gets Down With Reese's Peanut Butter Eggs

Although chocolate bunnies and marshmallow peeps might be the most obvious Easter candy options, the favorite in Ohio is a different, yet widely preferred kind of treat. This is the hot news that you come to Scene for, we know.

Reese's Peanut Butter Eggs are the Easter treat Ohioans want to chow down on most, a new survey by RetailMeNot found.

Reese's Peanut Butter Eggs swept the nation, with 29 states favoring the peanut butter-filled sweets over any other Easter candy.

Second place in Ohio was granted to Cadbury Eggs, which are preferred by 12 states, while Jellybeans and chocolate bunnies almost tied for third. Peeps, however, only caught the attention of two states — Tennessee and Virginia
