Five years ago, Rising Star Coffee owner Kim Jenkins planted a flag on the East Side of Cleveland by opening a shop in Little Italy. That shop, located at the corner of Murray Hill and Edgehill roads, will close on November 4th.

The good news is that Rising Star will open a new coffee shop, this one in the former Katz Club Diner (1975 Lee Rd.) in Cleveland Heights. When it opens in mid-November, it will join locations at Van Aken District and in Lakewood, Downtown and Ohio City.
