The fine folks at WJCU 88.7 FM have just announced that their 14th Annual Blizzard Bash benefiting the Hunger Network of Greater Cleveland will take place at 7 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 30, at the Beachland Tavern.

Local acts such as Corry Michaels, Top Hat Black, Jul Big Green and Apostle Jones will perform.

All of the money taken at the door as well as pre-sale tickets will go directly to the Hunger Network. Last year, Blizzard Bash raised enough money to provide 6,000 meals. The Hunger Network Rescue saves perfectly fresh, healthy food destined for waste and puts it into the hands of those who are hungry in our community.

Tickets to the event cost $10; they can be purchased by calling the Beachland Tavern or by visiting the Beachland website.
