Fans of Mason's Creamery's soul-satisfying ramen will be happy to know that starting next week on Dec. 4 the ice cream shop will once again transform into a full-time ramen shop for the winter.

For the second year in a row, the transition will mean no ice cream but ramen in a variety of styles, including a veg-friendly option.

Hours for the ramen season: Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday from 4 to 9 p.m.; Fridays and Saturdays from 4 until 10 p.m.
